Chris contacted me to redesign her desk that is going in her black and white themed kitchen. It’s shape and structure are beautiful and the black just takes it up a notch. Last time we spoke she was still deciding on what hardware to use, but I know she’ll find some beautiful pieces. I lined the interior of the drawers to add just that extra touch of style for her theme.

Amazing find! This piece is so cool! The structure is as sound as can be. Power works to the record player as well as to the radio. It has a built in speaker. It will need a tun up however. As you can tell it is very old, but it has a great sound to it. The dial to work the radio is not functioning, but you can hear a station static. The record player works too, but will need possibly just some wiring fixed in it to allow the sound to come through the speaker. Amazing piece that’s been redesigned in Sherwin Williams Offbeat Green. Refinished interior record shelves with beautiful floral fabric for an added surprise when you open the cabinet.

If I could find a lipstick in this exact color I would live in it. The exact color is “Lusty Red,” and I think that says it all. This piece is going to be a kiss of color in any room. I love it paired with a soft blue to add a pop, but it could look good with many colors.

I bought this pristine sewing cabinet/side table and knew it right away that I wanted it to be a vibrant soft blue with some distressing. I love it so much! It is functional and adds just a little breeze of softness to any room. The lid flips open to accommodate as a sewing table or could even be a creative buffet next to your dining area. The sewing machine inside is functional, and runs upon plugging it in; however, I can not guarantee it’s functionality as I’m sure that it needs a tune up as most do after several years of not being used. It is a BelAir super heavy duty machine. So beautiful displayed up or hidden. Add this beautiful piece to any room in your home.

Before/After Transformation:
After redecorating our bedside table (see below),I had an urge to sell it, but it wasn’t mine to begin with, so I found another similar piece and painted it the same beautiful color and distressed it in a similar way.

I love the way this piece turned out and know it will make a great addition to any home. Our bedroom has red accent walls and I used this blue to soften it up a bit. It is such a soft blue that it could work in any room. Just add that little pop of color and it will change your entire room. This piece is very sturdy and is tall so it can be a great table by the window or hold some beautiful flowers.
